The roll-out roller is the heart of the Modula, producing dough sheets for further processing by other machine components or for manufacturing lasagne. The innovative mechanism of the rollers guarantees maximum safety and easy handling.
Attachments for the roller include: the tilting dough kneading bowl with removable kneading shaft to make cleaning easier; the punch die in three sizes for making tagliolini, spaghetti alla chitarra, tagliatelle and pappardelle; the punching die for ravioli in two positions with exchangeable size, which can be changed in seconds for producing different shapes of ravioli; the gnocchi attachment for making gnocchi from potatoes, complete with flour duster.
